After living in their home for 30+ years these homeowners decided that the time was finally right to restore their home from mold that had been growing since a flood occurred 18 years prior, update their home with a bright and open new floor plan, and fall in love all over again. This gorgeous, complete remodel located in the heart of Santa Fe was an honor for CSA to work on. 40 days from start to finish; there was not a room left untouched!
Kitchen
This Kitchen is the new focal point for these homeowners. Creating an inviting open floor plan with an added island, granite counter tops, solid wood custom cabinets, tile backsplash & all new updated appliances.
Baths
CSA gutted BOTH bathrooms in this home. Remediated mold located under the linoleum and in the majority of the wall cavities. The guest bath received a spacious new tub and custom nichos. The master bath was upgraded to a stunning walk in shower. Both outfitted with matching custom cabinetry and tile.
Entry
After opening up the kitchen and dining spaces, we tied in the front entry seamlessly. Removing the dated brick from the fireplace and laying matching octagonal tiles was by far the show stopper.
Woodgrain tile was laid throughout the entire home. Stronger and more durable than wood flooring, this timeless style can last a lifetime. Easy to clean, compatible with radiant heat and available in thousands of colors.
