This custom shower window had been leaking for years. Improper installation, that lacked any type of waterproofing resulted in significant mold and destruction of framing and studs behind the shower installation. Only detected after a water leak appeared on the downstairs ceiling. CSA was able to remediate and restore this home completely.

Replacing all of the damaged cabinets, the entire kitchen floor and all of the contaminated drywall.

Third Party Mold Testing

CSA works closely with a third party inspector for all of our mold testing. Our relationship with ImmunoLytics provide you with the comfort of knowing that our success rates are independently determined and evaluated. All testing is evaluated locally, resulting in 24-48 result times. We do not see a need to wait for your samples to be sent out of state and evaluated when we have one of the best labs in the country right here in Albuquerque. The ImmunoLytics team will come out and take swab samples and air samples, testing for mold, fecal matter, asbestos and lead as necessary. Once we receive the results of these tests CSA will work side by side with you to determine a remediation plan.
